This painting traces the animation Oceanic Living Data in which Euphausia superba (Antarctic krill) dances with Hormosira banksii (Neptune's necklace) and Homo sapiens (humans). I made the animation in conversation with scientist Martina Doblin and set it to music that was improvised years earlier by Sophie Green when she was eight years old.
